
The Minority Networking Exchange Mastermind Group What is a Mastermind group? A mastermind group is an alliance of individuals dedicating themselves to a specific goal. Mastermind groups also problem solve, inspire and motivate. Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, first defined the mastermind as a “coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.” Hill’s concept of the “Master Mind” was inspired by Andrew Carnegie, wealth steel magnate. According to Hill: “Mr. Carnegie’s Master Mind group consisted of a staff of approximately fifty men, with whom he surrounded himself, for the DEFINITE PURPOSE of manufacturing and marketing steel. He attributed his entire fortune to the POWER he accumulated through this “Master Mind.” Are you striving for success, change and a dynamic learning environment? The Minority Networking Exchange Mastermind Group will consist of a maximum of 8 individuals. The individuals will consist of different business owners and/or professionals. The group will be built on the foundation of trust, confidentiality and harmony. The group will work collectively to address everyone’s individually challenges. They will also share thoughts, ideas, opinions and information. Ultimate goal: To help each other maximum the potential of each group member personally and professionally. The group will be met once a month for two hours for each session. A distinguish member of this regions business community will present to the group each month. Each participant of the MNE Mastermind group will be assigned a Business Mentor. There is a monthly cost to participate in this group. This is a worthy while investment.
